Work Readiness Action Programme

Goodwill Solutions CIC is partnered with twelve Northamptonshire based organisations to deliver the Work Readiness Action Programme (WRAP), a £1.4 million Building Better Opportunities (BBO) project, engaging, supporting and helping people into employment. WRAP looks at the challenges people face, provides access to pre-employment programmes and reduces barriers to work through skills development and vocational training that help people gain the skills they need to find and keep a job.

This project is funded by the European Social Fund and the Big Lottery, and commenced in August 2016. Through this project, Goodwill Solutions CIC and their partners aim to support over 1,000 people in the county on their journey towards employment by the end of July 2019.
